Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Support attorneys across active Washington family law litigation matters
Manage calendars, deadlines, court rules, and case task lists
Draft pleadings, correspondence, and routine motions with accuracy
Prepare for mediations and trials, including exhibit organization and trial notebooks
Assist with discovery requests and responses and keep materials organized
E-file documents and maintain clean digital files and naming conventions
Join client meetings as needed and help clients stay informed and supported
Coordinate with internal teams to keep cases moving smoothly

Qualification

Washington family law experienceWashington court rules knowledgeE-filing skillsLitigation support skillsLegal tech proficiencyClient communication skillsWriting skillsOrganizational skills

Required

3+ years of Washington family law paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of Washington court rules and local filing practices
Confident with e-filing and deadline-driven litigation workflows
Comfortable with legal tech (Clio preferred) and modern communication tools
Excellent writing, organization, and client communication skills
Ability to meet billable expectations in a healthy, consistent way
