CMI Media Group, a leading healthcare marketing agency, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Associate Director, Engagement Strategy to join our team in developing and executing impactful media campaigns that make a difference in people's lives. In this role, you will lead the development of cross-channel media strategies, oversee the Engagement Planning team, and cultivate strong relationships with key client contacts.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of cross-channel media strategies, leveraging your deep understanding of how different channels work together to create a seamless and engaging brand experience
Oversee the Engagement Planning team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the development and execution of tactical plans that align with overarching brand goals and business objectives
Cultivate strong relationships with key client contacts, establishing yourself as a trusted strategic advisor and ensuring their needs are consistently exceeded
Stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving media landscape, identifying and implementing innovative approaches, best practices, and cutting-edge technologies to maximize campaign impact
Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of talented planners, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment that empowers individuals to reach their full potential

Required

7+ years of media planning experience
2+ years in a supervisory role
Proven track record of developing and executing successful cross-channel media strategies
Passion for developing and empowering team members
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Extensive understanding of the pharmaceutical and patient markets
Deep knowledge of online and offline media channels, including traditional, SEM, Programmatic, Paid Social, SEO, and emerging platforms
Genuine interest in healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact on patient lives
