Responsibilities
Product Development & Strategy : You'll build the initial product from the ground up, working directly with your Co-Founder/CEO and the venture studio team including our unicorn Founder who serves as Board Chair. Drive technology strategy by owning the evolution of key strategic technologies and technical architecture, while making digital capabilities integral to our business model through trend analysis and customer behavior insights
Partnerships & Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with Data Analytics teams on data acquisition, warehousing, and AI/ML strategies. Partner with business stakeholders and academic forums to identify growth opportunities and integrate multiple partners with our business vision
Technical Leadership & Operations : Design technical architectures and solutions supporting healthcare delivery missions. Manage outsourced infrastructure services with accountability to 24x7 healthcare standards. Oversee KPIs, budget management, and technology resource alignment with short and long-term organizational goals
Innovation & Growth : Demonstrate high tolerance for bold initiatives including new business development and cutting-edge technology adoption. Discover, incubate, and scale disruptive business models while building networks across startup communities for partnerships and acquisitions. Bring new business concepts to life quickly using modern technical proof-of-concept methods
Qualification
Required
Exceptional passion and drive to motivate self and others to build incredible, marketable products
Proven experience building products from scratch (de novo, without existing codebases) either professionally or personally
Experience working with no engineering support or very small teams
Proven leadership track record and entrepreneurial success in healthcare or technology sectors
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
Preferred
Deep healthcare industry understanding (particularly in areas like prior authorization)
AI/ML product development experience (whether self-taught or professional)
Familiarity with design and product management models
