Schill Grounds Management is seeking an Account Manager/Client Care Specialist responsible for client account management, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving sales for landscape maintenance and snow removal contracts. The role involves direct client interactions, preparing proposals, and overseeing landscape crews to maintain service quality.

Responsibilities

Introduce and meet with new and existing clients to sell commercial landscape maintenance contracts, enhancement services, and snow removal contracts

Prepare estimates and proposals for presentation to clients

Make daily customer site visits, and regular phone contact to ensure quality services and customer satisfaction

Direct landscape crews on maintenance service orders, with a detailed and planned approach

Consistently offer additional services to customers, to educate and build customer confidence regarding the enhancement of their landscape investment

Schedule and plan daily activities. Meet regularly with the Branch Manager and Operations teams to review progress, sales goals and performance

Follow all company policies and procedures

Perform any other duties as assigned
