Required

Proven sales and business development experience, with strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills. Existing relationships in and knowledge of the assigned territory is critical
Understanding of metal distribution, including knowledge of aluminum, stainless steel, and pre-painted metal products, is a must
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to handle multiple clients and deadlines effectively
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical and business information clearly to diverse audiences
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
Ability to work independently, with a results-driven mindset, and effectively travel to meet clients within the assigned region as required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred
