Providing direct oversight of the finance department including General Ledger, Payroll, Account's Payable and Decision Support staff
Interacting with all Hospital departments ensuring proper utilization and accounting of Hospital capital and operating resources in accordance with Corporate and Hospital financial policies and procedures
Active participation and possible oversight for different components of the Revenue Cycle and Supply Chain within the organization including: Business Office, Care Management, Health Information Management, Clinical Documentation Improvement, and Materials Management/Supply Chain
Focusing on strategic planning, analysis, and business development
