Responsibilities

Spreads financial statements

Analyzes financial statements to identify credit risks including, but not limited to primary and secondary repayment sources evaluate repayment sources

Performs industry analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses as contributing factors to the credit worthiness of borrowers

Performs loan renewals, extensions, shelf reviews and covenant testing

Complies with established processes, quality standards and responsiveness expectations

Validates risk ratings and requests changes if warranted

Validates loan codes within loan packages to ensure accuracy

Builds out loan request details within loan origination system in conjunction with commercial banking portfolio managers

Participates in Pre-Flight discussions as deemed beneficial and memorializes takeaways

Adheres to bank’s policies and procedures and complies with regulatory requirements

Will perform special projects as assigned
