Responsibilities

Build and maintain a robust and reliable EDI environment that meets business continuity and compliance goals

Design, develop, and manage EDI maps and integrations, especially with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions (810, 850, 856, 997, 943), ensuring timely, accurate exchanges

Ensure 95% SLA compliance with all trading partners and internal stakeholders

Manage L2/L3 EDI support and escalate complex issues to EDI partners (L4 support)

Oversee the onboarding and testing of new trading partners while maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails

Work with platforms such as SPS, iTrade, and Retail Link to manage integrations and performance

Lead vendor and budget management for systems and applications under your domain

Implement a 24/7 support model and coordinate quarterly reviews with business units and vendors

Collaborate with other IT teams to support patching, release cycles, and system security

Serve as a subject matter expert in IT-related projects involving EDI or eCommerce systems

Identify improvement opportunities in EDI performance, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration
