Senior Vice President of Operations
Confidencial is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to serve as a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for enterprise-wide operations strategy and execution. The role involves defining and leading the company’s operational vision, overseeing operations across multiple functions, and driving operational excellence through process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Serve as a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for enterprise-wide operations strategy and execution
Define and lead the company’s operational vision, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and long-term growth objectives
Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple functions, regions, or business units
Translate strategic objectives into scalable operational plans, systems, and performance frameworks
Drive operational excellence through process optimization, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, and other senior executives on strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational scaling
Establish governance models, operational KPIs, and executive reporting mechanisms
Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and growth constraints; design and implement mitigation strategies
Lead, mentor, and develop senior operations leaders, ensuring leadership pipeline and succession planning
Support mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and major transformation initiatives as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred
5–8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including senior or executive-level roles
Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex organizations or multi-functional operations
Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen with enterprise-level decision-making capability
Exceptional leadership presence and executive communication skills
Demonstrated experience in scaling operations, organizational design, and change management
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth, or highly regulated environments
Preferred
Industry experience in finance, investment, technology, healthcare, or industrial sectors is a strong plus
