Responsibilities
Perform high-volume subledger and general ledger reconciliations using advanced Excel skills
Research and resolve discrepancies; implement process improvements and automation for efficiency
Manage accounting entries, reporting, analysis, and documentation for assigned areas
Provide variance analysis and insights related to general ledger balances and business drivers
Prepare or review regulatory reports and resolve significant variances
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and organizational alignment
Communicate reporting and analysis findings to management for informed decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditing
Strong understanding of general ledger principles, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and regulatory reporting standards
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
