Responsibilities
Interacting with customers as they access the dealership website to answer questions on inventory, product features, benefits of the vehicle and prices
Responding to all inquiries in a timely manner and staying up-to-date on all inventory and online promotions
Bringing interested customers into the dealership so they can meet with a sales team member
Following up with leads, as well as with sold and unsold customers, to ensure client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
High School Diploma or equivalent
Commitment to exceptional customer service
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to understand manufacturer's specifications and/or pass manufacturer tests
Preferred
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or internet sales
