Fractional VP of Sales / GTM Strategist (MSP & IT Services) - One-Time Project
ADET IT SOLUTIONS is expanding into the US private-sector IT market and is seeking a senior strategist to design their entire private-sector business engine from scratch. The role involves conducting market research, building a service portfolio, and developing a go-to-market strategy to effectively enter the market.

Responsibilities
Analyze the US private-sector IT services and IT staffing landscape
Identify profitable gaps and opportunities across:
Cybersecurity
Cloud/infrastructure
Networking
Managed services
Field services
Staff augmentation
Recommend which offerings Adet should launch first and why
Design a complete service catalog:
Core service offerings
Quick-start / low-friction entry offers
Pricing models & packaging
Vertical-specific use cases
Delivery model & resourcing plan
Build a full 90–180 day GTM plan:
ICP + buyer persona development
Positioning & messaging frameworks
Sales narrative and pitch structure
Channel/alliances strategy (vendors, MSPs, integrators)
Outreach strategy (email, LinkedIn, partnerships)
First 10 target accounts with rationale
Create the foundation we’ll run after you’re done:
Sales stages
Playbooks & scripts
Qualification process
Lead gen methods
Reporting structure
Target metrics
Deliver a clear roadmap for execution by our internal team
Recommend roles, skill sets, and tools needed
Provide ongoing guidance as needed
You can continue as:
Commission-only BD partner, OR
Part-time advisor for closing early opportunities
Qualification
Required
Strong background as VP of Sales, Head of GTM, CRO, or Senior Sales Strategist at an MSP/MSSP or IT consulting firm
Deep understanding of private-sector buyers
Experience designing and selling: Managed services, Cybersecurity services, Cloud & infrastructure, Network services, IT staffing/staff augmentation
Strong understanding of MSP financial models, pricing, and delivery constraints
Experience creating offerings and GTM plans from zero
Ability to translate market knowledge into a clear, usable plan
Not afraid to build the strategy independently without handholding
