Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from initial consultation through resolution, including litigation and settlement negotiations
Meet with clients to gather facts, assess their cases, and provide legal advice and support
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediation as needed
Work closely with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and share insights
Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and best practices through ongoing professional development
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in Washington
0-3 years of experience in personal injury law
Strong legal research and writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
