Responsibilities

Independently draft and prepare complex legal documents, including complaints, summonses, motions for summary judgment, affidavits, and notices of sale
Manage the replevin and foreclosure processes from inception to resolution, ensuring all statutory milestones are met
Prepare all necessary foreclosure sale documents and handle post-sale procedures, including the drafting of motions related to the sale
Manage docketing, calendaring, and electronic filing (CM/ECF) in State and Federal Courts
Aggressively monitor dockets and email notifications to ensure strict adherence to court deadlines and client timelines
Ensure all file activities comply with local, state, and federal laws, including RESPA and TILA regulations
Accurately track and log billable time in accordance with the firm’s specific billing guidelines

Required

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience with legal case management software
Proficiency in CM/ECF filing is required
Deep understanding of Local, State, and Federal court systems and procedures

Bachelor's Degree or a Paralegal Certificate
