Responsibilities
Execute document drafting, formatting, filing, execution, and distribution
Administer, organize, and maintain documents within electronic filing systems
Conduct preliminary research
Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and state and local agencies
File documents with Secretaries of State, the IRS, and state securities divisions
Support DocuSign projects
Generate PDF closing binders
Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practice
Provide comprehensive office support as required
Qualification
Required
3-6+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar admission in Texas
Strong business judgment, exceptional analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Comprehensive knowledge of contract law and legal principles
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
