Responsibilities
Lead a team of a few direct reports
Oversee all GAAP compliance
Ensure the team is staying up to date on upcoming policy changes, as well as rolling out new procedures as required
Manage various complex accounting transactions
Own the revenue recognition, lease account standards, and more
Coordinate with external auditors on an annual basis
Assist on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis efforts as the organization continues to grow & expand!
Serve as a leader for all process improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
8-10+ years of experience
Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and technical accounting
Ability to lead a team, develop cross-functional relationships, and work with various leaders on special projects as assigned
Preferred
CPA is preferred
