Responsibilities

Own global category strategy for MRO, automotive parts, and vended maintenance, managing spend across hundreds of locations and a highly fragmented supplier base
Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and SRM to deliver sustainable cost savings, service excellence, and quality performance
Drive global compliance to sourcing strategies while mitigating cost volatility, supply chain, labor, and regulatory risks
Partner with operations, finance, and regional procurement teams to standardize international procurement practices and optimize inventory and supply chain performance
Establish and track KPIs to measure savings, supplier performance, and value delivery aligned to business objectives

Required

Experience in global sourcing and supplier strategy for MRO, automotive parts, and vended maintenance

Skills in standardizing global practices and optimizing supply chains and inventory
Experience in managing risk across a fragmented supplier base
Proficiency in supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and KPI tracking
Ability to ensure compliance to sourcing strategies while mitigating cost, labor, and supply-chain risks
