Automotive Sales Manager
The Faulkner Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will supervise the sales team, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage vehicle inventory to maximize sales efficiency.

Responsibilities
Supervise the sales team and oversee all practices occurring in the vehicle showroom
Use your proven sales ability to turn potential buyers into loyal Faulkner customers for our New and Pre-owned businesses
Monitor customer satisfaction ratings for the department and ensure proper follow up for all potential buyers
Ensure that the entire sales team provides a customer service experience that outperforms the competitive market
Responsible for selecting, acquiring, displaying and maintaining vehicle inventory
Review inventory daily to ensure the proper mix of stock for maximum sales efficiency
Approve all deals and may even assist with closing deals when needed
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
2+ years of proven management experience in automotive sales
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to forecast and achieve sales and profit goals
Excellent computer skills and very detail oriented ability
Must be able to perform all job functions which may include bending, standing, lifting and reaching
Preferred
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience managing, hiring and developing employees preferred
