InternAmentum is a company seeking a Combustion Devices Engineer Intern to assist in the development of software automation technology for liquid injector design workflows. The role involves programming, collaboration with engineers, and documentation of results.

Responsibilities
Lead the development for software automation technology for a liquid injector design workflow to support injector performance and geometry modeling, reduce injector design time, and increase design iteration efficiency
Apply this technology to design permeable injector faceplates
Programming original functions and routines for MatLab, Python, and Excel
Collaborate with other engineers to resolve technical issues
Document and deliver results with recommendations
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in a university or college program leading to a BS degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or related engineering field
Strong MatLab and Python Programming skills required
Knowledge of FORTRAN and Excel VBA desired
Proficient using Microsoft Office Products
Good communication and documentation skills
Good organizational skills and time management
Able to work in a team environment
Preferred
Degree program from an ABET accredited university preferred
