Responsibilities
Program and operate punches/lasers, 3D printers, CNC mills, PCMM inspection equipment
Run production parts and implementing processes you develop
Create documentation and procedures to aid shop production
Design and make tools and fixtures
Develop new manufacturing techniques
Aid with new part introduction
Qualification
Required
Proficient using a mouse and keyboard
Comfortable with using Trigonometry
Computer file organization and nomenclature skills
Work with Microsoft office suite (mostly Excel)
Willing to work in front of a computer some days, while other days on your feet for entire shifts
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Mechanically inclined (willing to get hands dirty/works well with hands and can problem solve)
Ability to Commute: Plano, TX 75074 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Plano, TX 75074: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Preferred
Programming experience (ex. Python, g-code, C, etc.)
CAD experience, Solidworks preferred
IT experience
Read technical drawings/ blueprints
Experience with calipers, micrometers, tape measures
Familiar or experienced with 3D printing
