Responsibilities
Identify and recruit experienced, high-performing loan officers who are already excelling in the broker world
Guide new recruits through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed at West Capital Lending
Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier brokers and industry professionals, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings
Be the face of West Capital Lending, promoting our values, culture, and benefits to prospective loan officers and brokers
Work closely with leadership and other departments to align recruitment efforts with business goals and growth initiatives
Track recruitment efforts, monitor the success of new hires, and provide regular updates on recruitment activities and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within the mortgage, finance, or real estate sectors
Strong understanding of the mortgage brokerage world, including key players, processes, and terminology
Ability to connect with and attract top-tier loan officers who thrive in a competitive, independent environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and engage high-level professionals
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
A network of industry contacts and experience in recruiting top mortgage professionals is a plus
