Responsibilities
Design and implement the organization's data architecture to ensure efficient data management, data integration, and data governance
Play a critical role in defining and implementing a scalable and robust data infrastructure that supports the company's analytical and operational needs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience (6+ years) as a Data Architect or a similar role, with a focus on data architecture design and implementation typically required
Strong understanding of data modeling techniques, database design principles, and data management best practices
Proficiency in data modeling tools and languages, such as ERwin, ER/Studio, SQL, and NoSQL databases
Experience with data integration technologies, such as ETL/ELT tools and data integration platforms
Knowledge of data governance principles, data quality management, and data lifecycle management
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Understanding of data security and privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design scalable and robust data architectures
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation
Preferred
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of dbtLabs, Astronomer, Github, Reltio, Qlik Replicate is preferred
