Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive social media strategy for the venue
Create a consistent content schedule for all platforms
Record and edit video-based content during key events
Organize still-image content collected from venue clients
Monitor social media channels to engage with our followers
Analyze social media performance through Google Analytics
Participate in staff meetings to review upcoming events, professional goals, challenges, and brainstorming sessions to promote team success
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest)
Experience with Hootsuite and Google Analytics
Ability to create Instagram Reels from start to finish
Knowledge of the ever-changing social media platform trends and algorithms
Maintain venue's event standards with high attention to detail
Sufficient office and computer skills
Sufficient communication and writing skills
Excellent team player
Bachelor's degree or impressive work history
Willing to work a non-traditional schedule occasionally including evenings and weekends
Willing to commute and work in-person in Grand Prairie, TX
Lifting up to 15lbs and walking/standing 8-10 hours
Submit to all city-required background checks
Preferred
Previous experience in the hospitality or event industry
