Responsibilities
Lead and oversee regional operations, including direct management of senior operations leaders and a workforce of 100+ employees
Drive operational performance, accountability, and consistency across locations
Partner closely with recruiting and HR to ensure appropriate staffing levels and high-quality talent
Step in operationally to resolve issues, stabilize performance, and support frontline leadership as needed
Lead change initiatives focused on process improvement, scalability, and operational discipline
Act as a key connector between field operations and executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Senior operations leadership experience within healthcare, or similarly regulated service environments
Experience operating in high-growth, or turnaround environments
Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style with strong execution instincts
Proven ability to lead through change, ambiguity, and operational pressure
