Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of Blue Finance’s short-, mid-, and long-term corporate strategy
Translate the company’s vision and objectives into clear strategic roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans
Align strategic initiatives across product, technology, finance, operations, and client-facing teams
Ensure strategic coherence and disciplined execution across all business functions
Design and manage enterprise-level strategic planning cycles, including annual and multi-year plans
Lead strategic transformation initiatives focused on growth, scalability, and operational maturity
Evaluate new business models, financial technologies, and market opportunities to support expansion
Anticipate industry, regulatory, and technology trends to maintain Blue Finance’s competitive positioning
Define and execute market entry and expansion strategies within the United States and selected international markets
Develop strategic frameworks for partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem development
Support go-to-market strategies for fintech solutions, digital finance platforms, and advisory offerings
Strengthen Blue Finance’s positioning as a trusted strategic and technology partner
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure strategic initiatives align with regulatory and governance standards
Embed risk-aware decision-making into strategic planning and growth initiatives
Support board-level reporting, strategic reviews, and performance oversight
Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and disciplined execution
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and senior management
Build and mentor high-performing strategy and planning teams
Foster cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment across the organization
Support leadership development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness
Define KPIs and performance metrics linking strategy execution to financial and operational outcomes
Monitor strategic performance, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions
Support capital allocation, investment prioritization, and long-term financial planning
Drive data-driven decision-making across strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
18–20+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or executive leadership within fintech, financial services, or technology-enabled finance
Proven success in leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives and scaling high-growth organizations
Strong understanding of financial technology, digital finance, capital markets, and emerging financial ecosystems
Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, execution governance, and transformation management
Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
