Responsibilities
Leading the preparation of complete and accurate estimates for each phase of the project’s design
Works with clients, architects/engineers, and subcontractors to plan cost factors for building projects
Analyses construction documents, specifications, proposals to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
Negotiation
Client meetings presentation
All CSI division management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar/related field of study/related experience
Experience estimating projects or relevant construction experience in a general contractor
Between 15 to 20 years of experience working as a Project Manager/Estimator/Preconstruction Manager
+15 years of experience in commercial construction. Ground up and renovations
Take Off/Estimating Software experience. OST, Bluebeam, others
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Multitask, capability to work under pressure and team management are a must
Negotiation skills
