Robert Half is seeking an accomplished and high-level Lead Videographer to join their in-house agency team. The ideal candidate will own the production process from concept to execution and will play a critical role in creating visually compelling content.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end video production process, from pre-production to post-production

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute video concepts that align with project goals

Operate within the Sony camera ecosystem with expertise in camera operation, lenses, and lighting

Take primary responsibility for lighting setups in controlled environments

Compose high-quality, visually engaging images with a strong eye for detail

Edit video content to deliver polished final products

Ensure all deliverables meet brand and quality standards

Occasionally travel for on-location shoots as needed

Required

Proven experience as a lead videographer or similar role, preferably within an internal team or corporate setting

Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing expertise in indoor video production and controlled lighting setups (required for consideration)

Extensive knowledge of the Sony camera ecosystem and lens operations

Exceptional lighting skills and experience with setting up and managing lighting in studio environments

Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent organizational and communication skills
