Responsibilities

Support Long Term Care Claims Operations leadership by providing data, reports, and analytical insights
Collaborate with business partners to understand their goals, gather requirements, and develop relevant queries and dashboards
Design, create, and automate dashboards in PowerBI to track key metrics and support decision-making processes
Build and maintain reports using tools such as SQL, Spotfire, and PowerBI
Respond to ad-hoc data requests from internal and external stakeholders efficiently
Participate in strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights and analysis
Develop deep understanding of organizational initiatives through strong relationships with senior management
Recommend process improvements based on data trends, risk assessments, and financial considerations
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms

Required

Bachelor's degree in an analytical, technical, or related discipline
2-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or related fields
Proficiency in SQL, with experience in Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server
Strong skills in managing and analyzing structured data using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python
Ability to develop, interpret, optimize, and enhance SQL queries
Experience creating dashboards and reports in PowerBI and other visualization tools
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills to present insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver timely results
