Responsibilities
Utilizing our proprietary software, CR-Certify, process certificates, endorsements, policies and other documents
Communicating with clients, insureds, and brokers via phone and email
Reviewing, analyzing, and inputting insurance data
Ability to learn Property and Casualty insurance in a fast-paced environment
Collaborating within a team to meet client expectations
Thrive in a consistent and repetitive environment
Qualification
Required
College Degree or equivalent work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail
Possess basic analytical skills
Ability to work within multiple software systems
Use deductive reasoning and problem solving
Strong customer service skills
Ability to operate independently and within a team
Organize and prioritize tasks, assignments, and deadlines
A requirement of this position is to obtain within six (6) months of starting, a Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance Brokers License at company expense
Preferred
Previous P&C insurance experience and license desired
A candidate without experience should not be deterred from applying as CR Solutions is open and willing to teach the industry to the right person
