Enterprise Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

The Enterprise Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for prospecting and advancing Enterprise accounts, engaging with compliance-driven buying committees, and collaborating with Strategic Account Executives to create opportunities.

Responsibilities

Prospect into Enterprise accounts ($1B+ revenue)
Support inbound Strategy Session engagements
Execute outbound calling, personalized email, LinkedIn, and account-based outreach
Create and influence enterprise pipeline aligned to Gryphon AI’s offerings
Engage stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Risk/Audit, Contact Center Ops, IT/Data, and Business Units
Conduct Enterprise Discovery Conversations (EDCs)
Surface compliance risk, incumbent solutions, and buying dynamics
Schedule qualified meetings/month as defined by metrics
GTM Tool Execution – Execute GTM workflows using Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Bombora, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more, ensuring consistent data integrity, accuracy, and CRM hygiene
Align on account strategy and stakeholder mapping
Advance accounts prior to opportunity creation
Deliver enterprise-ready account intelligence to accelerate deal cycles
Advance enterprise accounts month over month
Multi-thread into compliance-driven buying committees
Conduct high-quality discovery conversations
10 Scheduled, and 8 attended, meetings/month with key personas within our ICP
4 Qualified opportunities created/month
Revenue Pipeline Ownership – Own the generation of qualified monthly pipeline across assigned accounts, aligned to defined performance expectations

Required

1–3 years of quota-driven ISR/BDR experience
Strong outbound prospecting and inbound communication skills
Experience with Salesforce

Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecommunications experience
Familiarity with compliance or contact center environments
Proficiency with ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Bombora, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other engagement tools
