The Place for Children with Autism is a therapy center focused on helping children with autism thrive. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work 1:1 with children to help them develop communication, social, and daily-living skills while implementing individualized therapy programs.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children between the ages of 2-8 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them learn communication, social, and daily-living skills

Implement individualized therapy programs designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data, and participate in team discussions around progress and strategy

Bring energy, creativity, and passion – Using play, movement, and laughter to engage children while promoting skill-building and growth

Partner with clients and their families in celebrating wins, problem-solving challenges, and promoting each child’s growth

Required

Must be at least 18 years old

Hold a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Have accessibility to reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance

Be able to travel to other clinics to support when assigned
