Activity Coordinator (CTRS Required)

Responsibilities
Develop and implement therapeutic recreation programs tailored to resident needs
Facilitate individual and group activities across varied functional levels
Complete assessments, care plans, progress notes, and MDS documentation
Coordinate special events, community outings, and volunteer involvement
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and families
Support residents’ spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs in both group and individual settings
Qualification
Required
CTRS, MMT, or AT credential
RAC certification and good standing (required if not CTRS, MMT, or AT)
Minimum of 1 year experience in an Activities Department within a healthcare setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
Excellent attendance and reliability
