Responsibilities

Oversee contracts from pre-award through close-out, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Assist in the preparation of proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules

Execute contract negotiations and administration, providing proper acquisition and fulfillment

Serve as the primary liaison for contractual communication between L3Harris and customers, resolving issues and securing approvals

Provide audit and fact-finding support for major proposals

Conduct change management processes with internal teams and communicate equitable adjustment rights to customers

Ensure compliance with federal procurement regulatory requirements, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAR supplements (e.g., DFARS), and other agency regulations

Compile and analyze data, maintain historical information, and prepare bids, specifications, progress, and other reports

Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and interpret contract requirements to track contractual performance

Interface directly with customers, senior management, and program teams to ensure successful contract execution

Assist procurement personnel with significant contracting tasks, including establishing flow-down terms and conditions

Influence successful business outcomes to achieve financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new and continuing programs
