Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and resolving issues promptly
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Support Windows operating systems, including user account management and basic configuration tasks
Assist users with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), including installation and usage guidance
Document all interactions and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system accurately and timely
Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary, ensuring proper handoff and communication
Maintain knowledge base articles and contribute to process improvements

Required

Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to diagnose and resolve common technical issues
