Responsibilities
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong editing and proofreading abilities
Project Management: Effectively organizes and prioritizes multiple projects, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Analytical Skills: Analyzes, interprets and applies data and research insights using analytics tools to inform decisions and support Marketing’s initiatives and goals
Creativity: Brings fresh ideas and innovative thinking to marketing activities and campaign execution
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Canva, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management tools (Monday.com), and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo)
Collaboration: Works cooperatively with cross-functional teams and vendors to achieve shared goals
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and consistency across all deliverables
Must be comfortable working in collaboration with a team of Business Development personnel, Executives and Officers, continuously adjusting content based on input from others
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat); Oracle preferred
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
At minimum, 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably within the A/E/C industry
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Experience supporting events, campaigns, and vendor coordination
Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel as needed (up to 10%)
