Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk

Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate advisor

Assist with client service account inquiries, addressing any concerns or questions promptly

Provide advisor support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing for meetings, and completing follow up tasks

Utilize Microsoft Office suite for drafting emails, letters, and data entry

Perform accurate data entry to maintain client records, databases, forms, and financial planning analysis

Ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained, including managing office supplies

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies

Qualification

Required

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Effective client service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously

Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite

Associate degree

Ability to commute to Grand Rapids, MI 49525

Previous experience as a receptionist or an administrative role
