Responsibilities

Act as an individual contributor with ownership of end-to-end ML solution design, development, deployment, and maintenance

Mentor team members and advocate for MLOps and responsible AI best practices

Design and deliver advanced analytics and ML solutions aligned with business KPIs

Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions in partnership with stakeholders

Own the full lifecycle of analytics initiatives—from concept to production

Apply and promote MLOps, coding standards, and responsible AI principles

Mentor junior and mid-level data scientists to elevate team capability

Communicate insights effectively to both technical and business audiences

Stay ahead of emerging AI and analytics trends, driving innovation

Support experimentation and proof-of-concept development for cutting-edge solutions
