Administrator II – Contract Administrator
NEOGOV is seeking a highly qualified individual to join Public Health – Seattle & King County's Health Sciences Division as an Administrator II – Contract Administrator. This role is critical for managing contract production, ensuring compliance with various requirements, and overseeing accounts payable responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Administer and manage contracts, including reviewing scopes of work, establishing and reviewing contract exhibits and documents, setting up contracts in an online system (e.g., Agiloft), and maintaining accurate files
Conduct detailed invoice reviews, route for program staff approval, track payments, and troubleshoot payment issues
Ensure accurate data entry and act as a subject matter expert in systems such as Agiloft, iProcurement, and iExpense
Serve as a liaison between the contracts team (e.g., CPRES) and the division
Develop and maintain financial policy compliance tracking tools, monitoring systems, and reporting procedures
Provide technical assistance and support to contractors, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and financial tracking
Assist with project procurement, gift card procurement and tracking, and general administrative duties
Innovate and improve administrative processes to enhance financial stewardship and direct service delivery
Coordinate with accounts payable and contracts unit as necessary
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 18 months of experience in contract administration, including contract management, compliance, monitoring, and reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
Experience with online procurement and financial management systems
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to define, visualize, measure, control, report, and improve processes to meet customer requirements
Proven ability to establish productive relationships with internal colleagues and external clients
Preferred
Knowledge of contracting and finance, including system workflow and technical knowledge of contract management applications like Agiloft/Zoom grants
Advanced knowledge of grants management, accounting, audit, and public sector budgeting
Experience with Oracle-based financial and reporting systems and electronic contract administration systems
At least two (2) years of experience in managing the fiscal and contractual aspects of federal or state grants/contracts
