Order Management Specialist
Cato Networks is a pioneer in cloud networking and security, seeking an Order Management Specialist to join their team. The role involves providing high-quality support to internal and external customers, managing the Order to Cash processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Support the sales team in all aspects of deal flow from the point the deal is submitted to finance
Lead the sales cycle from order to cash
Manage all Opportunities to cash activities
Know and understand the Order Management processes, prioritize assignments especially in a high-pressure end-of-quarter periods
Support the company’s customers, be the focal point of contact, build good relationships with partners and end-users
Act as the main interface between all supporting functions: Finance, Sales & SalesOps, Legal and Operations
Implement the company’s policies and procedures to ensure SOX compliance and Revenue Recognition regulations are met
Manage all Collection aspects
Qualification
Required
1-year experience in a similar position in a High-Tech Global company
Full knowledge of SalesForce
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
High energy and high motivation
Creative thinking- ability to solve complex problems and think outside the box
Attention to details
Ability to perform in a multicultural environment
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
