Qualification
Required
State recognized requirements for Center Director
Leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate teams, implement policies, and oversee daily operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with families, staff, and community members
Knowledge of early childhood education standards, curriculum development, and licensing compliance
Experience in budgeting, enrollment management, and operational planning
Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in child care facilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
Prior experience in childcare center management or a similar role
