Collecting and assembling of data for oral and written presentation

Developing scientific hypotheses related to ongoing work in the laboratory

Designing experiments to test hypotheses with input from PI, using techniques of molecular biology and biochemistry, including western blotting, qRT-PCR, molecular cloning, tissue culture, and flow cytometry

Analyzing results

Performing survival surgeries on mice and maintaining mouse colonies

Performing routine and more difficult procedures

Required

Experience in designing experiments to test hypotheses with input from PI
