Office Administrative Assistant
Electrical Industry Certifications Association (EICA) is a nonprofit organization focused on promoting responsible awareness in the electrical industry through certification programs. They are seeking a part-time data entry professional to provide general office assistance and database administration to customers across the US.
Responsibilities
Data entry into Filemaker database
Maintain electronic certifications and training
Communicate effectively
Provide customer service activities such as responding to emails and phone calls
Safeguard confidential candidate information
Assist with grading written/practical exams
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Strong attention to detail
High level of accuracy
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Experience with Microsoft programs including Excel and Word
Data entry and typing skills
Ability to function independently
Trustworthy and dependable
Ability to maintain confidentiality of candidate records and company documents
