Gas N Wash is seeking a high energy, experienced leader to help lead their teams and deliver a unique car wash experience. As a Car Wash Manager-in-Training, you will learn day-to-day operations and provide support while ensuring exceptional customer service and sales growth.

Responsibilities

A strong emphasis on providing an exceptional customer service experience for our guests
The ability to present, promote, and sell car wash memberships
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
The ability to help train and develop new employees
The ability to motivate and coach your team as needed
The ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask
The ability to work well in a team environment and individually
Learn to guide cars safely into the car wash tunnel, learn the operations of the tunnel and continue to practice tunnel safety
Strong emphasis on growing sales volume and site profitability, as well as driving business results consistently
Help maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash including landscaping
Ensure all safety procedures are being followed for guests and staff
Continue to learn and maintain an understanding of car wash equipment; troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, perform basic maintenance, and work with the maintenance teams to resolve any issues
Knowledge of all chemicals and the ability to make chemical transfers safely
Demonstrate a high level of guest satisfaction by learning to handle any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner
Strong emphasis on sales, customer satisfaction and membership retention
Basic computer skills

Required

OPEN AVAILABILITY is REQUIRED. Including weekends and holidays
High School Diploma or GED is required
Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience is REQUIRED
Exceptional leadership
Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum guest satisfaction
Knowledge of business management practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and time management capabilities
Strong work ethic and a professional attitude
The ability to stand for long periods of time
The ability to work efficiently outdoors in all 4 seasons
The ability to lift 50 lbs
Mechanically Inclined
Travel between locations for training and development purposes
The ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
