Stay abreast of floor plan information and seating rotation
Accurately use guests' names and information
Communicate effectively with the servers and kitchen staff
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Qualification
Required
Must have excellent customer service skills, be friendly and outgoing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and work effectively under pressure
Ability to maintain a positive attitude even when under stress
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Must be able and willing to work weekends and holidays
