Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness

Assisting with the monthly invoicing process including maintaining and updating accounting records

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports

Record bank transactions and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies

Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards

Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making

Provide back-up support for key finance and accounting processes

Perform special projects as required, and manage additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Finance and Operations teams
