CrowdPlat is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst to support a large, complex enterprise system within a regulated public-sector environment. This role involves hands-on business analysis, requirements leadership, and team coordination, working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and subject-matter experts.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of enterprise requirements documentation initiatives

Analyze existing systems and translate current functionality into clear, complete, and actionable system requirements

Conduct gap analysis between current system documentation and business, regulatory, and program requirements

Develop, manage, and maintain a structured project plan, including milestones, risks, and status reporting

Guide and support business analysts and subject-matter experts throughout the requirements lifecycle

Facilitate working sessions with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather and validate requirements

Ensure documentation accuracy, traceability, and alignment with regulatory and program needs

Obtain stakeholder review and formal sign-off on requirements and priorities

Proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve risks and issues

Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery
