Record, input, and close guests’ orders while maintaining a high attention to detail
Retain comprehensive, up-to-date menu knowledge

Collaborate effectively with team members to provide seamless service
Demonstrate a commitment to the preservation of The Breakers culture and executing the highest standards of service
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in the food and beverage industry required
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding guest service
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
