The Information Security Analyst will support day-to-day security operations and incident response activities, monitor security alerts, investigate suspicious activity, and implement security controls across various environments.

Responsibilities
Actively monitor and triage security alerts from SIEM, EDR/XDR, and cloud security platforms
Investigate suspicious activity; participate in the containment, remediation, and post-incident analysis of security events
Hands-on involvement in threat detection, log analysis, and vulnerability identification
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and IT operations teams to reduce risk and improve security posture
Implement and maintain security controls across network, endpoint, and cloud environments
Support risk and security assessments aligned to frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and ISO
Assist with the development, enforcement, and continuous improvement of security policies, standards, and procedures
Document findings, recommend remediation actions, and contribute to ongoing security improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Cybersecurity and Information Security, with knowledge of risk assessment, incident response, and data protection strategies
Proficiency in Network Security, including secure network design, firewalls, and monitoring
Familiarity with Application Security principles and protocols to safeguard software and applications from threats
Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess vulnerabilities, analyze data, and recommend improvements
Preferred
Experience with security frameworks like NIST, CIS, and ISO is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; industry certifications (e.g, CEH, or Security+) are preferred
