Provides legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries
Ensures their effective operation in accordance with federal, state and local laws
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and admission to the bar
Two (2) years experience and demonstrated competency relevant to area of legal specialization
Superior academic record
Excellent research and writing skills
Strong negotiation, human relations and communication skills
Preferred
Expertise in eDiscovery rules, caselaw, ESI protocols, protective orders, and discovery motions
Experience with platforms like Relativity, technology-assisted review, AI-assisted discovery
Knowledge of information governance, records management, and retention schedules
Experienced in legal holds including internal policies and processes
