Designing expert-level behavioral health scenarios, evaluations, and judgment tasks that today’s leading AI models struggle with
Evaluating and pressure-testing frontier AI systems in sensitive, high-stakes mental health contexts
Qualification
Required
Fluent English reading and writing skills
5+ years of experience in clinical psychology, behavioral health, psychiatry, or closely related fields
Demonstrated ability to apply expert judgment in complex, ambiguous, or high-risk mental health scenarios
Track record of work with recognized institutions, healthcare systems, or public-facing programs
Advanced degree (PhD, PsyD, MD, or equivalent) preferred but not required; equivalent senior experience strongly considered
